🔹 Cancellation Policy
- Participants who are unable to attend the congress are requested to email to notify the secretariat office.
- For the notification before 31 Jan 2027, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- The refunds requested after this date will not be possible.
- All refunds will be made one month after the congress.
